Shipping costs
Shipping costs are free for all customers in Spain who place their order in the Peninsula. For orders made from the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping cost will be €50.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The Butterfly chair is a unique piece that we are going to manufacture for you. And it is that our production process is completely handmade, so that the delivery time is approximately three weeks.

Are returns free?
Returns will be free as long as the product received is not the one requested or arrives in poor condition. In this case, Butterfly Original will bear all return costs.
In case of withdrawal by the customer, the return costs will be borne by the customer and the price will vary depending on its origin.
For orders placed in Spain, within the Peninsula, the return cost will be €50. For other sources, you can contact us at info@butterflyoriginal.com or by calling +34 931 069 296.

Can I place an order if I live outside of Spain?
Yes, you can place your order for any point in the Schengen area. For other areas contact info@butterflyoriginal.com
